PAYMENT

Payment is accepted via PayPal, direct checkout with Debit or Credit Cards. 

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal.

Items will not be shipped until payment has been cleared.

SHIPPING

Our current turn around time is stated on each product. There are no address changes once an order is placed. We encourage you to check it before placing the order. Understand that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.

THERE ARE NO ADDRESS CHANGES ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, YOU MUST PUT YOUR SHIP TO ADDRESS IN PRIOR TO PAYING!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please understand, all sales are final. Each item is handmade to your specific wants and needs. Even though your item may not be personalized, it is still custom to your needs. This means, no returns, and no exchanges. This also ensures each item you receive is brand new, and never used.

Please be sure to check over your order when you receive it. I take special care with each item I make to ensure my customers are 100% satisfied, however, should you have an issue with your order please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Delivery time is based on the delivery tracking number.
